In this instance all parties to the match need to be aware of the circumstances and be mindful of their changed responsibilities and duty of care. There will occasionally be exceptional circumstances where requirements might need to be waived. Team Manager, Coach, Umpire and Scorer, have been CRB checked within the past 3 years.
This person should be nominated to the Secretary by April 1st.Ĥ.2 All Clubs should endeavour to ensure their officials involved in the League, i.e. Any decision made by the committee will be final.Ģ.5 All meetings will be posted and called in line with the constitution.ģ.1 The registration fee payable by each team will be set at the previous year’s AGMģ.2 The Treasurer will issue each Club a registration invoice, payable by 30th AprilĤ.1 All Clubs should have one nominated official for their Youth Teams with whom the Association Committee can communicate.
However if the League rule is unclear or ambiguous and the actions of club cannot are not covered in these rules then the committee has the right to manage and establish a precedent in the interests of fair play, welfare and the spirit of cricket. The committee will meet on (or a close as possible to) the last Thursday of May, June and July and then on the 1st Thursday in September if required, throughout the seasonĢ.3 Winter committee meeting will be arranged as and when necessaryĢ.4 The committee will act on the interests of the League and all its members and will follow the League Rules in determining rulings. If they then fail to attend the pre-season meeting they will be deducted a further 2 pts and will start the season on -4 respectively. i.e If a Club fails to attend the AGM each team entered will start the following season on -2. Any club not represented at the meeting will be deducted 2pts per team entered in the U9, U10 U11, U12, U13 and U15 for each offence.
